My iPhone 4S will not connect to the Wi-Fi?

I just got an iPhone 4S for my birthday a few days ago. Today it all of a sudden stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi. My iPod, nook, and laptop all connect but my iPhone will not! I go to turn it on and at first it gave me the option to connect but then it wouldn't accept the password. I restarted my iPhone and it won't load any Wi-Fi options. It just keeps loading and loading. Please help! I have only had it got a few days and I really want it to connect!

This is a very common problem with iphones, there's nothing you can do but get it repaired, if it is new they're should be a warrenty with it, if you have a skype i will go in to alot more detail with this

This usually works for me:

First, on your computer, update itunes.
Then, once updated, launch itunes again, plug in your iphone, and click on your iphone in the sidebar.
(If you can't see your sidebar, go to view, show sidebar)
**DO NOT UNPLUG YOUR IPHONE FROM THE COMPUTER AT ANY POINT IN TIME THROUGHOUT THIS GUIDE**
Then, in the middle of the screen, you'll see an "update software" button. Click on it.
Go through all the steps, and once your iphone is up to date, check if the Wi-Fi works

If not, then back up your iphone. Then restore it. After a restore, the iOS device restarts. You should then see "Slide to set up". Follow the steps in the iOS Setup Assistant. Once ypu get to the part that says "set up as new iphone, restore from itunes backup" click on itunes backup.

In itunes, select the backup you previously made, and click restore.

once its done restoring everything, make sure all your content is there, and check the Wi-Fi now.

If it still doesn't work… Your best bet is to bring it in to a genius bar in an apple store. You can make online reservations at http://concierge.apple.com/reservation/us/en/
