My iPhone 4s won't backup to my computer?
Whenever I plug in my iPhone 4s to my Windows 8 Computer, it syncs just fine with iTunes, but I always get an error saying "iTunes could not back up your iPhone because an error occurred." It's never been backed up to this computer before, and I'd like to back it up in case something happens to my phone. Any suggestions?
You might have to restore because there's an error with the connection between your iPhone and iTunes.
- WHATSAPP BACKUP! Why can't i find the backup conversation button in chat settings? I need to backup my whatsapp convo to iCloud from my iPhone 4s, because i wanna transfer the chat history to my iPhone 5s… But somehow i can't find the "backup conversation" button in chat settings. I have alrdy downloaded the latest version of whatsapp… WHAT IS GOING WRONG?
- Some songs from iPhone won't backup to computer? I bought about 20 songs or so off iTunes from my phone and then I was backing them up and syncing my phone to my computer. When my phone finished, I noticed some of the songs were on my itunes on my computer, but not all of them. I tried again but nothing. What's going on? Why won't some songs back up to my computer?
- Restore iPhone backup from different computer? I should be getting the iPhone 5 today at work. My current iPhone is on Mac and at work we used windows. We do not have Wi-Fi at work but I would like to restore and start to use the iPhone 5. What I was thinking of doing is backing my iPhone in iTunes and putting on a portable drive and restore it on an windows based iTunes. Will this work? I don't want to convert the iPhone to windows. I'm really just trying to figure a way to start using the new iPhone.

Hi, yesterday I had to reset my phone (IPhone 8 plus) to factory default and restore it to its last backup (April 15th). I also have an iPad mini, which everything is Synced. I got everything back on my phone (up to date) except my text messages. I'm not able to access my computer right now and have read you can get them back my backing up you messages to ICloud. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?
