My iPhone 4s won't let me use my keyboard?

Every time the keyboard comes up when I want to text, or when I want to search something in safari, it sends me out of the app! I have tried turning my phone off, but that doesn't do anything. What should I do? (By the way this morning whenever tried to use my phone, it would go black and have the sliver apple logo in the middle of the screen, it's the what the screen looks like when your turning it on. Once I turned it off once, this stopped happening. Maybe this is related to what it's doing now?)

Turn the phone off and then remove your battery on the back. Let it rest a few seconds or maybe 30 seconds and put the battery back in. Turn the phone back on and try using the keyboard again. If that does not help call Apple for help if you still have a warranty or call the place you bought it and ask what to do. If you still have a warranty ask for a new phone replacement.

Every video I have with my webcam is there, but none of my videos with my iPhone is there.   • Why won't my iPhone let me use my email? I tried to add my email address to my new iPhone earlier. I put it my name, email address and password, but it says,'The username or password for pop3.live.com is incorrect.' (I have no idea what pop3.live.com is) My email address is correct because I have used it for years prior to today, and my password is correct because I checked it on my email on a computer recently and it worked! So why won't it work now?!

I have the setting turned on so that it will and i have the silent switch where no orange is showing. I know about the button to turn the sounds on i have that turned on
