My Iphone 4S won't sync properly and it only wokrs for like 5 seconds but won't sync?

It will only go for 5 seconds say its done and then it won't even sync my music. I hit apply and this has never happened to me before. I really need this quick.

Try resetting it by plugging it in and then pressing the home and power button at the same time. If that doesn't work try taking it to the apple store

Its hard to tell over the internet but it could be a software or hardware issue. Go into settings and then back up your iphone, then reset it. After you've done that, restore your backup. After you've done that, plug it into itunes. If it works then youre good to go. If it doesn't, download itools from itools.hk. Try to sync your iphone with that. If that doesn't work, take it to apple. They will tell you if its in or out of warranty. If its in they will replace it for free, but if its not that's another issue.So, if its not take it to a cell phone repair shop. They will replace most parts. It might end up costing 70$ for a new dock connector.

It used to be that whenever I deleted an app from itunes it would automatically erase it from both of my devices. I upgraded to the newest version of iTunes and it will get to step 3/3 and the little sync icon appears on my phone when i do it but none of my songs or apps go to my phone.   • My IPhone fell in the toilet for like four seconds? I dried it off and seeing that it worked fine, stupidly kept it on the rest of the night. Once I got home I did some research and my phone has been in rice and turned off for the last twenty four hours. If it was working fine before and I have had it in rice for the last 24 hours what are any other steps I should be taking to save my phone?
