My iphone 5 broke in an otter box?
Alright guys i just dropped my otter box onto GRASS from LESS THAN TWO FEET UP and now my screen is completely shattered. 199 to repair with applecare and no less than 250$ to fix anywhere else.at&t refuses to help. Is otterbox not at fault for this? They are obviously falsely advertising there products.
Added (1). Otterbox clearly states that they do NOT cover the device inside, the case. Only the case itself. They also state that otterbox isn't indestructible and the case only decreases the chance that your phone breaks. (which in my case, it seems like the case INCREASED the chance)
- Will Otter replace my Otter Box? Ok so on my iPhone 4 otterbox the rubber is breaking off, the hard part is breaking to pieces and the plastic screen is coming off. My mom sent pics to Otter online and I heard the will replace it. Will they?
- Will an iPhone 5 commuter series otter box fit an iPhone 5s? I'm upgrading to an iPhone 5s in March. I just ordered a commuter series otter box, forgetting that the cameras and home buttons are slightly different on the 5 and 5s. Do you think it will fit? I want to cancel my order if it won't!
- Which protects the iphone 4 better: an otter box or case mate? I'm getting an iphone4. I have in the past had an iphone3 and used an otterbox defender. This time I'm wanting to get something a little more stylish. I NEED the protection tho! So I'm wondering if the case mate protects as well as an otterbox?
- Which iphone 5 otter box case is better? The defender or the commuter. I'm torn between the two because I read that if dust get in the defender case the iphone 5 screen to get scratch. But the commuter doesn't have a built in screen Protector that protect the screen or logo.
