My iPhone 5 doesn't switch back to 4G?
Well when I lose signal for a little while it goes to EDGE as it should, but when I get full signal back it doesn't go back to 4G. I have to turn it off and on to get it back. What would cause this?
That's because iPhones suck. Switch.
Apple would cause that
I have a similar problem. With my iPhone it is when I go out of total phone signal for some time, 10 - 20 minutes. When I get back into an area with a signal it sometimes does not recover.
Turning OFF / ON is the only way I found to sort the problem.
You could try resetting the iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
When you reset you should not loose any of your data, however if you were entering data into an application this may be lost.
- Would I be able to switch carriers without having to switch phones? I'm with Consumer Cellular and I have an iPhone SE, but I'm thinking of switching carriers so that I can get unlimited data. I don't want to get a new phone because I've had my current one about six months, I really like it, and it works great. I'm not locked into a contract with Consumer Cellular. Would I be able to switch to another carrier without having to purchase a new phone?
- Will an apple store switch my white iphone's front&back panel with a new color? I recently saw someone with a gold iphone, but it wasn't a case. I read online that you can switch out the glass or something in the front and back of your iphone to change the color. If I went to an apple store could the switch it out for me, and if so how much would it cost?
- Why doesn't my iPhone 6s doesn't have night shift? When I go into settings and then into brightness there's no option for it! My phone is completely updated The title was worded badly on my part but you know what I mean
