Do a hard reset. If that doesn't work, call Apple Support.
I don't know anything about iPhones. Go to the apple store where they can help you.

- Why doesn't my iphone's sleep/wake button not work? So my iphone's sleep/wake button feels weird.whenever i push it, it feels like i have to push it harder for it to work. I have an iphone 4s, i've had it for a year now.recently it will randomly turn itself off even when it has charge in it, it will go off and not turn on for hours. I keep trying to turn it on and eventually it will come up with bit saying it needs to be charged basically.sometimes the screen will go blue or come up with random colours and turn off. I have no insurance for it either. I ordered it online, it's a contract with 3 mobile.i'm not sure if warranty as run out.

- Iphone notification bar on Android? Is it possible to get the Iphone notification bar on an Android phone that's not rooted instead? Mine has a notification bar… Is there a way to change it to the Iphone one?
