My iphone 5 is showing an unread message although there's no unread message?
So earlier today I accidentally deleted the conversation between my boyfriend and I on my iphone 5. Since then I started having problems. I would read his message and respond, and then I would pull down the task manager and it would give me all the texts he sent me, and implying they were unread. Somehow the conversation was deleted again (99% sure it was not me this time) but not my phone is telling me i have 11 unread messages.
I have tried resetting it, many times.
I have tried the sleep button and the home button reset.
I have tried updating the software.
And because the conversation was deleted, I can't go back and read them because they are gone!
Nothing is working.
Do a complete shutdown and reboot it.
Manually delete the messages by tapping the "X" beside the notification.
Also, another way to reset is by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time until the device reboots.
- Will unread imessages be saved on a replacement Iphone? I recently damaged my Iphone to the point where it no longer turns on and I'm going to have to get a replacement. Once I get a new iphone will any texts and imessages I received while my phone was unable to turn on be saved onto the new phone?
- Wi-Fi on my iphone 5 is not working although the same internet on my PC is? It was all okay until this afternoon. The Wi-Fi on my iphone is somehow not connected to internet although it shows a strong signal. I thought it will be alright in a while but it has been hours. I have tried unplugging my internet (device/Modem) and have tried restarting my phone but it's the same. I posted this through my PC and it's working just fine here.
- Why do old cameras have awful pic quality although the MP is higher then my phone? So I have an old compact camera with 12.1 MP, which i got around 2010 or 2011. I recently got a charger to charge my old camera to try out cuz I thought it would have a better quality then my iPhone 7 Plus (12MP). But when I tried taking pictures with my old camera it looks like it only have 1MP. I'm so confused because the MP are the same yet the photo quality has such big difference. Any idea why?
- When I make calls on my iPhone 7, the sound is very low, although the volume is all the way up Unless I put it on SPEAKER, I can hear it ok? As soon as the call goes on speaker I can hear who I'm calling perfect. If its not on speaker I hear their voice VERY VERY LOW, although the volume is all the way up. I have tried moving my settings around and such, I can't find a solution.
