My iPhone 5 isn't working right? What do I do?

I have an iPhone 5 and got it in like December? For a couple months now my phone has been freezing and will respond a couple minutes later. Or when I'm in apps it will just stop and go to the home screen. The screen will also stop responding when I'm doing stuff and it'll start clicking other things. A couple weeks ago I dropped it and the screen shattered. So this isn't just happening because of the screen. It has also been going very slow and it's not cause I'm out of space cause just last month I deleted over 700 pictures. I went to the Verizon store and they told me to try resetting the phone. I did that and backed it up and none of the problems were fixed. What could I do to fix this?

My iPhone 4S does that too. It's just a manufacturing problem.

The right earbud in them has not been working but it's only the right one and only in my iPhone. It has been working in every other earbud on my iPhone though the earbuds have been working properly, so what's the problem of my bose earbuds
  • Right headphone not working with iphone 6 plus? I have an iphone 6 plus i have used 4 pairs of headphones and every single one the right speaker does not work. Then i tried LG tones and still the right one does not work. What the heck?! Any answers?
  • Package isn't shipped to right address? So I recently ordered my iphone from AT&T and they really made it seem like it was coming via FedEx or UPS. Now I looked at the tracking on att.com and it sent me to USPS.com yet on the AT&T website when I ordered it said they don't ship USPS and asked for my physical address? What the hell is going on and will my phone be delayed to arriving?
  • My iPhone isn't showing the right temperature I've updated it, and checked to make sure the location is right. I know it's wrong cause 1 its the middle of summer and 2 the weather channel said the high is 115 and my phone says the high is 36. I don't know how to fix it and I would like to know the forecast for next week but I can't unless its correct… If you can tell me how to fix it then that would be amazing!
