MY IPHONE 5 ONLY LASTS 15 MINUTES OFF CHARGE

I'm unbelievably angry! I've paid £525 for this phone and its FAULTY! The phone is on charge all day because the battery is to terrible! I've got about 6 apps and loads of memory so don't say it's that! Does anyone know who I can contact? I can't find the number for apple? I have a one year warranty on it so they beat sort this problem out for me!

Get a new battery. And if you are so dissapointed, get Samsung Galaxy S4. Apple is *** and always dissapointing.

Call Apple, tell them call director that you need to be transferred to iOS, when you get to the advisor she transfers you to tell him your problem and ask him to run a diagnostics report. That report shows the condition of all the internal components including the battery. If you just bought the phone and there's something wrong with the battery we will replace it for free. Do not, for any reason let someone that is not authorized by Apple, try and repair your phone or replace the battery because once you do you warranty is void.

You bought it somewhere so start there. Obviously you got one that has something wrong with the battery.

  • Is there an iPhone timer app that has a minutes-only and/or a seconds-only option? I'm looking for a timer app on my phone where I can set a timer that counts down, but have it read literal minutes or seconds. Like instead of 6:00:00 for 6 hours, I'd want it to read 240:00 (240 minutes) or just have it read 14,400 seconds. I've downloaded about 20 free timer apps, and can't find what I'm looking for. Is there one? Even if it costs money? But I'd prefer it to be free…
  • IPhone 5 battery lasts less than an hour from a full charge? My battery life is appalling and from a full charge the phone will be dead within the hour. Even when I'm not using the phone the battery still drains around 10% every 20 minutes. I've got most things on my phone disabled to conserve power and I'm running the latest firmware. I changed the battery a week ago and it's exactly the same as it was before. I don't know what to do, has anyone got an explanation or a way to resolve the problem?
