My iPhone 5 says i have no sim card. What does that mean?
It means that it doesn't detect a SIM card. Worst case scenario, your SIM card reader is damaged and you may need to replace your phone.
Try restarting your phone as well as trying a friend's or family's SIM.
That happened to me once. I had to get the phone replaced.
Meaning you probably forgot to get a SIM card put in at the bottom of your phone which saves everything you have on your phone to it.
