My iPhone 5 won't connect to the App Store
So I just got my iPhone 5 April 14 and today's the 16 of April and I've been trying to download apps and when I put the password in a notification pops up that says can't connect to App Store and I have my Wi-Fi on and I don't know what to do please help?!
Don't fret, it seems to be an issue on Apple's side, as a lot of people are suffering this same problem.
Check: http://www.apple.com/...temstatus/
for updates on any outages. Apple hasn't said anything yet.
My advice is either turning your phone on and off (that'll refresh network settings; don't worry, won't change anything else) or simply waiting a few hours until the issue is resolved by Apple.
- Why won't my iPhone 4s connect to my App Store? I was trying to download a game but a little box comes up every time and says "Can't connect to iTunes Store". I have rebooted my phone and everything else. Any other suggestions?
- My iPhone won't connect to the App store + iTunes? (urgent)? I have to download the app for school on my iPhone 5c, but its not connecting to the app store? I changed the time to automatic, and I did everything but my iPhone is not working. Also, my time displayed on my phone is always messed up, and my Wi-Fi cuts out almost ever minute. I logged out of my apple ID, and tried logging in again but it won't let me log in again, and it says "Can't connect to iTunes" please help?
- My iphone says can't connect to app store? It was working fine earlier and now when i try to update or download an app it won't connect to the app store. I've tried just about everything. Anyone know how to solve this? thanks! God bless xD My Wi-Fi says connected and i tried turning it off and back on and nothing changed. :/
- My iphone 4s can't connect to App Store? When I try to download an app I enter my apple id password and then it says can't connect to App Store. It's starting to get really annoying. Everything else works. Like the Internet. I already tried turning it on and off and tiring off the Wi-Fi and turning on 3G and all that.
