My iPhone 5 won't receive LTE speeds?
Okay, so my iPhone 5 is factory unlocked for T-Mobile running on IOS 6.1.2 and I'm currently on vacation in New Mexico and have been getting only Edge speeds. This is about 40kbps and it is honestly quite worthless. In Missouri, I would easily receive LTE speeds which was about 1.3Mbps but for some reason it won't connect down here? I have my APN settings altered (not sure if they're are right, though). I have no idea what to do and I know it's not a signal problem because I have 5 bars down here. In Missouri, I only had 3-4 but it was still faster. This is only quite a pain and I'm wishing for a fix. Anyone have any ideas?
Added (1). My sister has an Android phone and we have the same exact plan. She has 4G speeds at all times while I suffer with Edge. Why?
Added (2). @Robert Mendez: then why can't I get at least 4G like my sister's phone does? 4G's still 20x faster than Edge.
The data coverage is most likely poor over there for LTE
- Will T-Mobile have 4G speeds for iPhone 5? T-Mobile will be selling the iPhone 5 starting April 12th, does that mean that us current T-Mobile iPhone 5 users will start getting 4G LTE coverage? Or will the iPhones sold in April 12th from T-Mobile have a different bandwidth to support existing 4G LTE T-Mobile bandwidths?
- When does my Straight Talk Uncap your 3G speeds? Hello sorry about the vague question but I have only had Straight Talk for about a month and I want to know when they stop capping your data? What I mean is I wet over my 2GB limit on 3G using my iPhone 4 last month and it says it only allows 2GB of full 3G speeds but that month is already over and it still capping my data? Why? Any help would be good! I just want to know how I could get my full 3G speeds back!

- What are Straight Talk's data speeds? I have bought an unlocked iPhone 5, and I was about to buy the Straight Talk sim, but then I realized that I didn't know their data speeds. I was surprised to learn that NOWHERE do they post their data speeds. I emailed them a week ago, and because of the half-baked customer service, they haven't replied. Anyway, does anyone know what their data speeds are, or at least have experience with them?
