My iphone 5 won't charge unless its in a battery case?
I have 4 brand new iphone wires and none of them have ever given me an issue. But since I started to use a charger case… Thats the only way my phone will actually charge. If I use just a regular iphone wire, my phone will charge and discharge.
Any solutions?
I think there's a problem with with your charging port, check your charging port for any short circuit. The charger case works without any problems because it connects differently.
the best thing to do is go to Apple service center and they will replace the phone if you have warranty remaining, and never take it to the local repairing shop those idiots will damage your iPhone.
