My iPhone 5 won't download iOS 6.1.2

Okay so i'm new to Jailbreak universe, I jailbroked my iPhone 5 few weeks ago, But then i found out Apple has released iOS 6.1.2 so i decided to download it, However everytime i try to download the iOS 6.1.2 it says " Software Update Failed, An error occurred downloading iOS 6.1.2" Does anybody know why am i getting this error? Is it because my Device is Jailbroken? Do we have to uninstall Cydia/Apps/Tweaks in order to download the new Update? I tryed unInstalling Cydia but seems like Winterboard is still there? HOW TO UNJAILBREAK my device?

To unjailbreak your device you need to restore your device in itunes back to a version you already have downloaded on your computer or you download and update it from itunes. You can't update a jailbroken device. You need to unjailbreak by restoring it in itunes like i said before. Also i think you get the error for the software update failed most probably because you are jailbroken.unjailbreak your iphone 5 and then you should be good to update it. Then if you want to jailbreak your iphone 5 gain that's your choice. And if you do the new jailbreak utility has been updated for ios 6.1.2.

I'm almost sure you have to download the software from iTunes rather than off the phone. It could also be the jailbreak so just restore it and then update and re-jailbreak.
