Take it to apple store, if its withing 30 days of purchase theyll replace, if not theyll try to fix it

Why isn't my iphone 4s charger working? My original charger bent and didn't work so I bought another one and like I have tired to fix it and now it dosent charge I cleaned it from inside and nothing and yesterday I moved the charger from plugs and finally charged and now it dosent help please my mom dosent want to buy me a new charger.
Why isn't my stupid iPhone 5 charger working? I got an iPhone 5 for Christmas and I got a charger and after a couple months it was starting to not charge my phone anymore, so I recently (recently being a week ago) got a new charger, and it worked fine for the first few days but now it's no longer charging my phone. Do you have a way to fix this without me having to buy another stupid $30 phone charger? And why are these things so damn fragile?
