My Iphone 5C has been stolen or misplaced?
My Iphone 5C has been stolen or misplaced in the mall, and i can't locate it because "Find my Iphone" was turned off, anyways i can locate it? Please help me. Before it got lost/stolen, i turned it off because it was lowbat and there was too may people in the mall.

I'm sorry to say, there's probably a 1% chance you'll find it. As it's turned off, and Find my iPhone was, the last thing they could, if they were to trace it, would be the moment it was turned off. The shop wouldn't bother to trace it back, and the police wouldn't either as it has only been lost/stolen, rather than it being an actual reason for it to be traced.
Once again, I'm sorry, but you're probably not going to find it.
Your best bet would be look in your local police station every few days, or call the number every so often to see if someone may have handed it in/charged it to have a look on it.
You find it the old fashioned way. You LOOK for it.
