My IPhone 5c has broken. It has stripes up and down and I can't restart it?

Get it to the nearest Apple Store and get it repaired, and in case you need to have some security app, the best app would be Leo Privacy

MY iphone is jailbroken and its in a constant restart/reboot.how do i fix this? It has the apple "apple" logo on screen and it won't go away, i've reset it by holding down the sleep and home button at the same time.nothing happening. I havn't upgraded to the new 6.1.3 for iphone yet, i'm downloading it through itunes now. Will that help? I have my iPhone backed up on my computer but it won't reset from back up saying an "error has occurred" it doesn't say what error, what should i do to use my iphone? Jailbroken or not
My iphone has a grey background and black stripes on the screen? I was trying to change my friends contact picture on my iphone and it was saving it but then my phone went all weird and now it's frozen and the background is grey and has black stripes on the screen. It won't even let me restart it or turn it off! What should i do, is it broken?
My iphone 3gs gets off and doesn't restart without plug in charger? I've jailbroken iphone 3gs 5.1.1.It gets off and don't start, not even show battery low symbole, starts only after connecting charger. It happens even when battery is full or not low!
