My iphone 5c won't charge with any other cable that it isn't original anyone?
I have an iphone 5c and its original cable just stopped working so i bought a 5 dollar cable but it won't work it says can't charge use original. Anyone knows why or anything i can do?
The $5 Cable you bought was so cheap because it wasn't MFI Approved by Apple, meaning that the Company that made your Cable was too cheap to pay Apple's Licensing Fee.
With iOS 7, Apple blocked Non-MFI Cables from working with the iPhone 5/C/S, so you'll have to buy a MFI Approved Cable.
What that guy said lol a lot of up to date phones are beginning to do this. Not just iphones. I ruined my samsung galaxy exhibit 4g but using multiple cheap chargers and wall pieces. I just got the galaxy s4 and if i'm not using the original charger or wall piece it takes up to 2 hours longer than usual to charge and thats when i'm not actively using it. Lets just say lesson learned. This is how phone companys get us nowadays.

- My iphone won't charge with my usb cable? I have a usb cable which i always use to charge with my wall charger. Yesterday i wanted to charge my iphone 4s with it but suddenly it didn't work. No alert, no warning; nothing. Then i turned my phone off and i plug the usb cable in. And my phone turned on without i pressed the power button!
