My iphone 5s got wet. When would be a good time to plug into the charger?
So, i went to the beach with my brand new iphone 5s (just got almost 3 weeks ago) and it had a lifeproof case on it but somehow it didn't work and got water inside the case causing my iphone to get wet. It started glitching and colored lines appeared on the screen. I turned it off immediately and let it sit out in the sun all day while i was at the beach. As soon as i go home i put in rice and checked on it the next morning. It works totally fine but there's moisture damage behind the screen. I read something online to fix that but it requires plugging your iphone into the charger… I'm really scared to plug it in to the charger though because i know that it breaks the phone if its still wet. So do you think its still wet and i shouldnt plug it in or what? I don't know what to do.
Have you put it in a bag of dry (uncooked) rice overnight? That usually absorbs all the extra moisture.
- When I plug my iPhone 4S into the charger, it doesn't work? I have to move around my phone and charger for it to start charging, and it is very frustrating. I can't buy a new charger either
- My iPhone charger breaks every time I plug it in? I'm getting really angry. I have already bought 5 chargers but once I plug them into my Macbook Pro they just stop working, even if I take it out and plug it in to one of those wall plug things or car plug things. Should I get a new one and just not plug it in to my laptop?
- My iphone 5s got wet and the speakers won't work really good it mumbles when it plays I had a huge water ballon and it popped in my pants and the my iphone got wet but it has a screen glass protector and only the speakers got wet help please what to do?
- My Iphone 5 got wet. Can I take it into Apple to get fixed? The indicator did not go off. But the headphone jack is messed up and makes my music sound horrible. Also, my home button does not work. Is there anyway to maybe fix it?
