My iPhone 5S home button feels weird when I press it?
Literally a couple of minutes ago, my home button suddenly feels all weird and broken. It has resistance when I press it, and when it actually gets pressed, a loud clicking noise can be heard. What is wrong with it, and how can I fix it?
These problems are common if you give it to where you bought it ( if your warranty is still up) you will be granted a brand new iPhone.
If your insurance is still on it, get a new one. In the mean time, try not to use it to much by using the virtual home button found in the accessibility settings
- Why is my iPhone 5s home button making a weird noise? I know that its a button and that its supposed to click, and it did in the beginning. My phone is less than 4 months old, and recently when pushing the button it makes a cracking or crunching noise. Only problem I have is that I feel as if the home button is not working properly. It feels unsteady and weird. When I push it down, it feels as if you have to sort of force it.
