My iPhone 5s randomly stopped working and I've only had it for a week?
I got a brand new iPhone 5s exactly a week ago. I haven't dropped it or gotten it wet at all. Today while I was using the Netflix app, it froze and then the screen faded to white and then just went black. It was warm but not abnormally warm. I plugged it in and it made the noise that its supposed to make when you plug it in and it would make that noise every few seconds over and over and vibrate every once and a while. It was getting really hot and remained black. The apple logo didn't even show up. What could be wrong or what should I do?
Take it back to where you bought it. It should be covered by warranty, considering you haven't dropped it or spilled water on it
- Sound on my IPhone 4 stopped working randomly? Okay so I was just on my phone watching YouTube video when all of a sudden when I went to watch the next one it just stopped working. There was no noise that indicated something was broken, so I just assumed I should put some earphones in. When I put my earphones in it didn't make a difference I still don't have sound. I'm on IOS7 and my iPhone is in good shape.
- My iPhone and iPod randomly stopped sending iMessages It was working, then all of a sudden, the messages stopped sending! I turned iMessages off in settings, then re-turned it back on, and came up with some stuff about re-entering my Apple ID password, which it never has done before. And now, when I text people who have iPhones, it sends normal texts. I'm in the UK, anyone else with this problem! It's also saying it can't verify my Apple ID, and I haven't changed any of it, and it is still not sending iMessages.
- My iPhone 5 4g and LTE randomly stopped working? The LTE is enabled so I don't understand why this is happening. My phone isn't making any calls and the texts aren't going through unless connected to Wi-Fi. As for cellular data usage, my "current period" is at 621 MB and my "current period roaming" is at 0 bytes. How do I solve this problem so that my phone makes calls, and my LTE and 4g work again? Thank you so much! This is for an iPhone5. AT My carrier is AT and T
- It's only been a week and att says I've use up 90% of my data(iPhone 4)? I check my mail often if I have any mail even when I don't have Wi-Fi but that hasn't effected my data in that past. Other than that I use Wi-Fi and don't ever use the 3G(unless the mail counts).
