My iPhone 6 camera snap sound won't turn off. I have tried everything and it doesn't turn off when I take a picture?

I've turned off the ringer and tried everything. Do you know what would fix it?

  • My iPhone will not charged and I have tried everything to make it try to charge, but nothing has worked When I try to charge my iPhone it will say "this accessory may not be supported." I went to Apple and they tried to reset the settings and the whole phone, but it still did not work. I have tried different chargers too and even at Apple I tried to charge my phone using all the chargers there too. What can I do to fix it? When I charge my phone I have to completely turn it off and it is starting to bug me now.

But when i take a picture with it on SnapChat (www.snapchat.com), the pictures loses saturation, it looks more grey rather than vibrant. i have a screen protector on my screen, but the pictures have came out clear before, even when i had the screen protector on… How can i fix the pictures' resolution?
