My iPhone 6 isn't working. The apple logo appears, but then it turns blacklit. Power button with the home button won't work

- Home and power button on my iphone won't work? I was on the settings on the phone trying to clear up some space on it and i realized the home button and power button won't work… Also it won't even sleep so its always on and i can't get off of the settings to call any one or anything I tried assistive touch but that didn't do anything
- Stuck at apple logo with a broken power button? I have been stuck at the apple logo for about 24 hours after I rebooted it. The computer does not recognize it and I can't put it in DFU mode because of broken power button. I got an Iphone 4.

Hi, so a while ago I dropped my phone in water, I took it to a repair shop and they fixed it but when I got it back the power and home button didn't work, I turned on assistive touch so I can use my home button and turn off my phone, now I can't turn it on without using my charger or having someone text me, is there any other way I can turn it on without having to do that?
- Is there an iPhone app to go to the home screen? My Home button isn't working well? IIm afraid my home button will completely stop working soon enough, and i don't currently have money to replace it. I really only need the home function, but it would be really nice if it also had a screenshot function (because screenshots need the home + lock combo) Edit: If it makes any difference, my phone is an iPhone 3GS (old, lol) and has iOS 6.1.6.
