My Iphone 6 keeps freezing and not responding to touch screen?
I've already looked on the Apple website and followed all of their instructions but nothing worked. My Iphone still doesn't respond to touch screen. I think it might have a virus what should I do?
Honestly I would bring it to the apple store because they usually are very good at customer service. Just try your best to make the problem happen again when they are looking at it because if they don't witness it first hand they won't help. My iphone 4 used to keep its camera shutter closed even with plenty of free storage and when they finally saw it happen they replaced my phone. Check apple.com and set up a genius bar appointment at your nearest apple store
There are no viruses on the iphone. I suggest you go to your apple shop and have a genius take a look at it.
How can you tell if its virus or hacked? My phone 6 is super slow now
- My iPhone screen keeps freezing? - 1 I smashed my screen the other day completely and had to get it replaced. Since I've gotten it replaced it freezes CONSTANTLY. I have to lock it and unlock it in order for it to work and sometimes I have to do that like 5 times. My lock button and home button still work however, but it's really annoying.
