My iPhone 6S has varied colored vertical lines on the left side of the screen?

My phone has been cracked for a bit at this point, but it had been working completely fine up until today. I turned on my phone to see these vertical colored lines leaning towards the left side of the screen and taking up around 2/3 of it. The right side is working perfectly fine. Also, when I use the phone, it clicks random apps without me clicking on them. I tried to hard reset, and nothing worked. How do I fix this?

So of course it's going to behave erratically and cause problems. The mere fact that the damage wasn't serious enough until you left the weakened screen to fail even more just serves to show that it was never going to magically fix itself.

Your solution is simple: get the screen replaced and hope that the damage hasn't now caused other internal failures.
