You broke it.
That gives you a few choices:-
1. If it's insured against accidental damage such as with AppleCare Plus, you make a claim and the insurer will repair or replace at their option. You pay a deductible/excess.
2. If it's not insured, you buy a replacement phone. You can get some money back by selling your broken one for spare parts. Even if the buyer fixes it they can't use it nor access your data unless they have your Apple Account credentials and your phone passcode.
3. You take the phone to a repair shop. They diagnose the fault(s) which need fixing. If you decide not to go ahead they can still charge you for the work needed to diagnose the fault(s).
Before ANY of the above options, try connecting the phone to iTunes on your host computer and attempt a full backup of the phone. That will save your data and settings so that they can be restored to the replacement phone or your newly-repaired phone.
If you don't have a protection plan not much you can do other than take it to a cell phone repair shop. IPhone's are very common so nearly every repair shop will likely have the parts on hand.

Take it to a phone repair specialist and ask if it can be made all better again.
