My IPhone absorbed shower heat?
Now my IPhone is acting weird. Volume buttons don't work, and storage went all the way full despite me deleting several apps. Is there a way to fix this?
The heat didn't do it.
Humidity did.
Moisture is the issue with your phone. Best to cover your phone with a towel, or better yet NOT use it in a humid environment, especially after it's been dropped. Once a phone has been dropped, whatever water resistance it has before it was dropped is suspect. Add more than one drop and you may as well forget that phone being used in a humid area.
Common sense should tell you not to do stuff like this.
