My iphone apps won't install?
I recently got my friends iphone 3g, it's my first time using it and i tried downloading apps on the app store, it says: "This app is incompatible with this iphone", how come? Is it because i'm using a 3g iphone? Can i do something to be able to download apps?
Sorry, if your on 4.2.1 then most apps in the app store especially games will require 4.3 or higher
some apps will work for 4.2.1
The iPhone 3g is actually an old phone which only goes to 4.2.1 (check the firmware in settings>general>about) and because apple wants people to buy their overly priced ipods and phones and laptops, etc, they presuade people to get newer ones buy making every app IOS 4.3.3 and higher compatible so people like you and me are stuck behind on ios 4.2.1.So in short terms, apple is only supporting 4.3.3 and above.
- Why won't any cracked apps install on ios 7 with appsync 7.0+? I have a jailbroken iPhone 5 running ios 7.0.4. I downloaded appsyn 7.0+ from cydia, yet it still keeps failing to download any cracked apps. I've tried using appcake, zeusmos, and i-funbox yet none are installing.
