My iphone battery is going crap?

I charge my iPhone 4S and it goes to 20% in 2 hours being at stand-by mode.

So I got 2 questions:

(a) Does iPhone have its battery integrated in it or can you get it out?

(b) If it is integrated in, what can i do other than charging it every 2 hours?

Not atypical that it might need a battery. Yes, it is sealed, but that's not a deal breaker.

Buy a charger case. Saved my life.

OK you have to choices 1:buy a battery case or an extra battery pack or 2: upgrade to 7.1.1 on my ipod and Ipad battery is better

The charger case is an option, but also you could just have apple put a new battery in and it will be like a brand new phone again. Personally if it was me and my contract was up, then I would trade it in as 4S is free on contract and you could just get a new phone plus credit back for yours.
