My iPhone charger stopped working out of no where?

My sister and I both have an iPhone 3GS and have used the same charger for awhile. It's never given us problems until now. Now if I plug it in it doesn't charge at all, but when the phone dies and I plug it in it works, until it automatically comes on, then it stops. We got it to work when we unplugged it and replugged it over and over but now that doesn't work either

Well that's what is great about iPhones - they charge on any USB. So plug it into your computer, your car, or get a cheap USB charger at Walmart or a gas station.

I think its wire of your charger is loose, or broken. You can buy a new one
for you, i think it is not that costly.

Is your phone still in warranty? You can get free pair from apple service center if yes.
