My iphone deleted all my contacts how do i get them back?
OK i have an iPhone but all my numbers and contacts got deleted is there an easy way to get them back? As i had over 200 contacts all important numbers that i need! Thank-you for your help!
Added (1). Like can you get them again by connecting your phone to laptop? If so how?

- My iPhone deleted all my notes. Can I get them back? I added a new email, after having a problem with the same one and I deleted it. After I added it back, all my notes were gone. I thought it was a glitch so I turned off my phone and then back on again and it was still gone. Can I get them back? I had a lot of important writing in those documents.
