My iphone device lock button is not working and i need to get into DFU mode?

I have downloaded the ios 7 beta and occidentally erased everything off my device which mean it is now a 'New iPhone' set up page. I tunes is saying "the device is not registered as part of the iPhone developers program" I need to put my device in DFU mode but I can't because the lock button is not working.

is there any way i can do this?

I've got the same problem >.< if I have to pay 100 bucks I mine as well just buy a new *** phone.

  • What happens when you put your iphone into dfu mode when its turned on? I had my iphone on and put it into dfu mode( i think thats what its called ) but i held down the home and power button for ten seconds and then let go of the power button and continued to hold the home button for another ten seconds. My screen went black and now it won't turn on! I plugged it into itunes and restored it. Will that fix everything. If not help me please!
  • Iphone in apple logo loop not going to dfu mode? Hi, my iphone 3gs is stuck in a loop of an apple logo, and it can't be taken out of a power source or it dies. I have tried to put it in DFU mode in various apps such as redsn0w and tiny umbrella and recboot. Please help me. Also when i hold down the power+home button to turn off, the apple logo come back in 3 seconds. It is jailbreaked and on ios 5. I have tried everything please help me. Itunes does not recognize it.

Okay so my home button and lock button stop working out of nowhere and I have to restart it all over again but I barely had it for 3 days and it's been doing this sense the beginning but it only happens to one game is it the game or the phone? Should I trade it in or not?

I have had assistive touch set up for a while but that also won't work. I can't get a new phone until the end of January, is there anything I can do to fix this without replacing everything?
