My iphone fell in the sink and won't turn off?

I have a 4s and it fell in the sink today. It wasn't under for more than a second or two before I immediately grabbed it. I turned it off and proceeded to dry it off as much as possible. But my phone keeps turning itself on right away no matter how many times I turn it off. And the flashlight won't turn off and the button is all blacked out. I'm going to try keeping in a bag with rice for a day or so but I was wondering if anyone could tell me if these strange things are a bad sign or not.

Same thing happened to me few days ago but mine was alright--
HERES WHAT I DID--
1.Let it dry outside in the sunlight for about 1 hour
2. And than I used rice to dry it. Just simply put it in and it'll be OKAY
3. And wait for the phone to completely dry out. DON't CHARGE UNTIL IT"S COMPLETELY DRY
4.ENJOY! HOPE i helped

Moisture and water are having fun playing with circuits and the board inside. Rice is the best answer for now. Hate it but if it needs to just let the battery drain. Here's a couple more options. Best luck.

Thank you so much. Hopefully it'll work
