My iPhone has a white spinning wheel and won't let me slide the bar to use it?
My iPhone has the regular screen up (not a black screen) but with the white spinning wheel and won't let me slide the bar to use it? What can I do to get it to start working again?

Added (1). Thanks for the responses! I've tried resetting it several times by holding down both the home button and the power button. No luck. Any other suggestions?
