My iPhone is acting weird

So that's what happened

It all started when I was going into an elevator and my iPhone, as usual, lost signal. Now, when I went out of the elevator the screen went black for a few seconds.
The iPhone went back on and I realized that it shows numbers instead of signal bars(for example, right now it shows -97 next to the carrier name) and SBSettings won't work.
Tried to:
Respring
Restart
Power off/on
entering DFU mode and back on

Non of them worked.

Please if you know what to do, tell me.

You really don't need to worry much cause the negative numbers just show your signal strength (the lower the number, the higher the signal). You could try these links to resolve the problem:
