My iPhone is brand new and is acting up already?
Okay, so I just got my iPhone less than a week ago. When I FaceTime with my boyfriend, the lighting goes darker and lighter really quickly. Almost like flickering, except the screen doesn't go completely black when it flickers. Also, sometimes my FaceTime screen will just go completely black. I won't be able to see myself and either will he, but I can see him and audio works fine. I was convinced my phone was possessed. But, anyways. I tried looking it up, but didn't find anyone with the same problem.

- My iphone 5 is brand new and takes forever to charge. Why? I just received the phone in the mail two days ago and for the first charge I took it out of the box, plugged it in and it was completely dead. Took over an hour to start up, and after 12 hours of charging wasn't even at a full charge. Should I try and get it repaired?
- Is there any difference between the beats wireless studio 2 and the brand new studio 3 wireless headphones? I currently have the beats pro that I bought a few years ago and I have the new iPhone 8 and it doesn't take a headphone jack unless you buy the special adapter which isn't godly expensive like $5-7. But to me that defeats the purpose of the phone. I was just curious as to if there are any key differences between the two and if so, what are they? Which would you prefer the two? Or maybe even keeping my headphones and getting the adapter?
- I went to the river the other day and my almost brand new iphone 5c has water damage? I don't have insurance and the warranty won't cover water damage. I'm on a two year contract so i can't upgrade until December and i don't really have money to take it to the repair shop right now. I have tried putting it in rice, but it didn't help. Could i drop the phone off the plan and then add a new one? I don't know what to do.

I notice that mainly when it's pluged into the charger I'll go to open one thing and it opens another or it freezes or I'll press on one letter and it'll type another one I just bought it completely brand I've reset it several times turned it on and off my phones complety up to date
