My iphone is frozen on the startup screen?
My iPhone 5s is frozen on the start up screen with the apple. It's been like this for about a half hour now. How do I fix this? I looked up and it said to hold the home and power buttons for 15 seconds but will this delete the stuff on the phone? I haven't backed up the phone in a while so I don't want to lose anything.
A reset (holding those two buttons) will not delete your information. If you lose information, it was something else.
I have to reset my stupid apple product all the time. They claim the phone can't get a virus… So I guess it must just be bad programming.

- My iPhone app crashes at startup? I downloaded the Plant vs. Zombies app yesterday and when I tried to open it today, at startup it asked for my Apple ID and password. After i entered my ID and pass, it crashed.
- My iphone 3gs screen is frozen? I was just using it normally & the screen froze when i was on the app THUMB, and it won't work! The screen is dim and frozen, it won't turn off, it won't let me exit the app, its just completey frozen and it has been this way for like 20 minutes, what do i do?
- Just got my iPhone 5s and it's has a slow startup? So I just got my phone and when I turn it on it has a delay to it and even when I put my passcode right after it delays too… My phone is new I haven't downloaded anything on my phone so I figured it shouldn't be like this… Is this normal? Anyone know how to fix it?
