My iPhone isn't working

OK, my iPhone 4 running 6.1.1 is jailbroken. Once I re-sprung my device, it is stuck at the Apple Bootup logo and keeps resetting and trying to turn back on but it won't! How can I fix this? It can't Restore to iTunes because my iPhone 4s (Broke Yesterday) I tried to Restore that (It was Jailbroken) and now it's stuck saying "Must connect to iTunes but repeativly fails the reset. ) Please, I need help!

Turn it on.before it turns back off press the lock button for about three seconds. Then the home and keep them down until it reboots. This shuts the phone down and boots it back up. Everything should be there still as you had it.

After you try the method of holding the home and power button at the same time and if it doesn't work, try holding the up button right after it turns on. So if you hold the power and home button the phone should completely black. RIGHT after you push the power button to turn it on hold the up volume button and see if that works. If it doesn't then you need to put the phone into DFU mode and restore it in iTunes like that. This happened to me and this is how I fixed it. This website will help you put it into DFU mode: http://www.dfumode.com/ you then need to plug it into iTunes like that and it will say that it has found an iPhone in recovery mode. You can then restore it like that. If it fails the first time, then try it again and if it fails a second time try it again. By the third time it should be done. Now if it fails to restore then you can try and use the Evasi0n jailbreak and see if it turns on. If push comes to shove the last method should be the that saves your iPhone. These methods can be used on both of your the iPhones.
