My iphone isn't opening even once but I can still hear its sound?

Help… Please help me. My iphone's screen isn't working( I keep on clicking the home screen and the top roght button thingy) but i can still hear the sounds and i don't know how to fix it, I've been searching how to find ways on the internet but i can't find anything if anyone happen to find a way to fix this problem please tell me As soon as possible

Try shutting it off, and turning it back on.

If you can't accomplish that, you can force shutdown by holding the Home button (Bottom center) and the Power button (Top right). Hold them both for about 5 seconds and the device should power down. Then reboot.

If that doesn't work, you can either try connecting to iTunes via PC/laptop, or call Apple directly and speak to a technician.

So i got my iphone 4s wet and used that rice trick and when I turned it on I could hear noise and i can still use siri fine and when I get stuff on social media it rings but I can't see anything on the screen, it just stays black. Does anyone know what specific part I have to replace or is it not worth the trouble and should i just get a new phone?
