My Iphone keeps saying 'there's a billing problem from a previous purchase'?
And it won't let me download free apps. And I have no money in my account (monthly pay lol) to put the details in and purchase whatever it was I was meant to have purchased, so when i add the details and press continue, it says there was a problem purchasing and then I'm back to square one.
I would call apple and tell them your problem, or go to an apple store; maybe they will give you a new replacement iphone.
Mine does that too! It won't go away until you put money on the card and then put the card info back in. If you have another card with a little bit of money that might work.
I had the same problem and still have the problem, but I think I know the cause of it. (For mine atleast) I spent money on some games with a debit card and after the money is spent that pop up "There's a billing problem with a previous purchase" and I can't UPDATE any of my apps without a card.
if i update my phone will it work, i have no missing payments, its so annyoing and i need it to be fixed now
- Optus keeps billing me even though my plan should have ended? I got an iPhone 6 in september 2014 and got the $60/m plan and the guy told me it's only going to be 12 months (which is what I asked for) but they're still billing me? Was I supposed to cancel it? Why are they still billing me?
- My iphone keeps saying plug into itunes and won't do anything? I woke up one day and it just keeps saying plug into itunes and when i plug it in nothing happens… What do i do?
- My iphone keeps saying no service? I've taken out my sim and put it back in, and switched it off and on, but its still saying no service! I don't know what else to do?
- Is there anyway I can find my iPhone notes from a previous itunes sync? Lost my iPhone and just wondering if I'm able to access my notes from itunes syncs at all? Also am I able to access photos from the last sync? I didn't sync with iCloud, only with iTunes
