My iPhone keeps turning on and off like it turns on and off. Can someone tell me?

Okay tbms it turns on and off on and off and then sometimes it shows a red screen for a few seconds then off again and dies out. It's not the battery because I got that changed thinking that it was the cause and it wasn't. So is there anything someone can help me with?

Added (1). The repair guy tried restoring it through iTunes he said it didn't work either it just won't come on it doesn't go pass the Apple logo before shutting off and on again and dying out

You're stuck in a boot loop. As you have had the red screen of death, it's quite possible you have a hardware problem and would need to be fixed by a professional (Apple Store would be your best option)

Before doing that, you might want to try restoring it yourself via DFU mode (it's possible the repair guy doesn't know much about iOS devices)

Once in DFU mode, simply restore your device via iTunes on a computer.

If it still reboots whilst in DFU mode then you have a hardware problem

Should contact an Apple Store about that. Never heard of that scenario before.
