My iphone lock button is broken and my iphone is also disabled?
Does any one know how to restore it because i can't because the lock button is broken and its also disabled does any one know a way to restore it?

Anyway, if your iPhone lock button is physically broken, it looks like you have to exchange yours for new one at any authorized Apple service center.
I'm not sure why your iPhone is "disabled". Did you enter wrong PIN number too many times? Or did you use JailBreak? You have to send your broken iPhone to the "black market" for repair if your iPhone is jailbroken. Apple's policy states that it will not exchange any phones if they have been jailbroken.
I think you can try calling your phone company? I had a friend who said he did that before when he disabled his. That is, if it's disable from entering the wrong code too many times.
