My iPhone personal hotspot network is really slow when I use it on my mac computer?
How can I make it faster? I'm connecting them via Wi-Fi. Will doing it through USB make it faster? How do I do it through a USB cable?
Slim chance, but it may be faster with USB. Reason being, when you have cellular device near a Wi-Fi-access point, there's always possibility of wireless interference. Using a USB cable can eliminate this. However, there's a slim chance that internet was slow cause of interference, or your phone's connection to the internet is not strong or fast enough for your needs.
- Will it cost me if I use 'personal hotspot' from my iphone to my laptop? I have an iphone, and my Wi-Fi just went down so I was wondering if it would cost to use that 'personal hotspot' thing onto my laptop because I want to watch netflix, and in not doing it on my phone (screens small) Oh and I have unlimited data (3G) and my providers I think are EE.

- If I use personal hotspot on iPhone, will it use my Wi-Fi or data plan? There are 2 computers in my house. One of them won't connect to the router. So I figure while my iPhone has Wi-Fi access, I can turn on personal hotspot and make the computer connect to the iPhones personal hotspot
- I clicked 'Forget this Network' on the Wi-Fi network, and I need to use that network? I'm on iPhone 4, with iOS 6, and like I mentioned, it was an accident and I need to use that network!
