My Iphone photos are syncing to my fiances facebook account?

I have automatic sync turned off on my Facebook page… HOWEVER, how in the HAIL is it automatically syncing to my fiancé's "private synced photos" folder on his Facebook page? (And yes I logged onto his FB page just to browse around, and no he doesn't know I know… So there's that, lol… Don't judge). The man doesn't even own a computer, so I don't think he's that savvy to conjure this up. I don't have anything to hide, but that just really creeps me out… Can anyone do this? Could a complete stranger can have access to my iPhone camera roll? And I logged into his account from my laptop, so it's not like it's coming directly from my phone.
