My iPhone power button isn't working?
The title explains it all. Just an hour ago, my iPhone 4 power button (NOT the home button) isn't working. It isn't clicking, it seems like the button is stuck or jammed into place. Is there any specific way to fix it before I take it to the Sprint store and Apple store?
Settings > General > Accesability >Assisitive Touch (Turn on)

Very small things, I'm talking like a grain of sand, can jam that button. If you have some kind of mini-vacuum try to suck up any dust or dirt that may be jamming in between the button and the case wall. That's what I did. Otherwise have it dissasembled by a professional. You might also want to try it at different angles (lean the button left or right when you click it) that might work too.

- Power button on iPhone 5 stopped working? I got the iPhone 5 for christmas this past year and since I got it the power button wouldn't work unless i pushed it down on the left side only. But now the other day it completely stopped working altogether. If i take it in to apple, will they give me a new one for free? Or am i gonna have to pay for repairs? I don't wanna go in and not have my phone backed up on my computer if they decide to give me a new one.

Hi, so a while ago I dropped my phone in water, I took it to a repair shop and they fixed it but when I got it back the power and home button didn't work, I turned on assistive touch so I can use my home button and turn off my phone, now I can't turn it on without using my charger or having someone text me, is there any other way I can turn it on without having to do that?
