My iPhone ringtone is to long how do I shorten it?

My iPhone rings for about 35 seconds. Longer than the usual 22 seconds. I went on a site to make it longer than 22 seconds and I meant to put in 25 seconds but instead presses the 3. When I tried to redo it again it says there was an error. I know there has to be a way to make it go back because there's a way to make it longer. So please anything will help!

Ok here is the thing… A lot of talk on how to save battery life on the iPhone by charging habits such as turning the phone off while charging, airplane mode while charging, turn off Wi-Fi bluetooth etc… But if the phone charges faster… Wouldn't that increase the amount of full charge/discharge cycles and there for decreasing the life of the battery?

I upgraded today from my 5s to a SE, and have already transferred all my apps, contacts, music, etc. But when I go into my settings to set the ringtone to the one I purchased through iTunes, it isn't there and it isn't listed in my purchases either. However, it's still listed in my purchases and tones on my old 5s, so I know I did buy it. How do I transfer it without buying it again?
