My iPhone runs out of power quickly?
My iPhone dies in power pretty quickly. It can be 100% at the start of the day, then after a few hours of use, it's down to 40-50%. Then 0%.
Is there something wrong with my iPhone?

No. Same thing happened to my 3S. It would be 100% and then within an hour, it's down to 50%. It'll shut off after 2 hours. By the end of its lifespan, it would only stay on for about 5 minutes. It's happening to my 4S and iPad 3.
Like all rechargeable things, it has a limited lifetime. You can't charge something forever.
It's possible that your iPhone has too many applications running in the background, or your iPhone has a weak coverage strength from its chosen network.

1: Make sure you don't have loads of apps open in the background.
2: Playing games and watching videos wears your battery down.
3: Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and disable it.
4: Go to Settings > General > Accessibility and click Reduce Motion to "on."
5: Turn down your brightness, a bright screens wears the battery down a lot.
