My iphone's phone app is frozen?
I have an iphone 4s and since this morning the phone app is frozen. It's not going up or down or letting me call anyone or add a new contact. I have tried restarting but it worked for a few seconds and then went back to being frozen.
Mine did the same exact thing I wasn't even able to make calls without it freezing that's when I drove my *** down to Verizon and got a Samsung galaxy and never had that issue again.
I never did find out what it was but I just use it as a MP3 player now
It works just fine as a MP3 player maybe you need to shut it off for 24 hours and see if that helps it cool down maybe
Maybe the CPUs too high or it's getting too hot
Try holding down the home button and closing all your open apps
A lot of text messages can slow down your phone
Your call log can slow down your phone if it's built-up
Too many pictures or screenshots, maybe save them to a computer
Delete any apps that you don't use
If all those don't work maybe try to reset your phone completely.

I have an iPhone 3gs, and i tried to update all 42 apps that needed updating, it took about an hour but after that it said they had all updated, however all the apps still have the waiting bar across them. I turned my phone on and off an that didn't do anything, i tried to reboot and that didn't do anything. And i also tried to delete some of the apps but that didn't work either. does anyone know what else i can do? Would be a massive help.

Ok my iPhone 4 was working perfectly until tonight, first the home screen centre button wasn't recognizing and working so my dad found me a temporary home screen button which on my touch screen now my phone is 100% frozen the middle button isn't working and the touch screen isn't working. So I can't switch my phone off to reboot it
