My iPhone screen is glitchy?

I've dropped my iPhone 4 a couple times before but just external damage. I don't know if this time is worse because now it's really hard to scroll vertically. I have to make small quick swipes or else it reads it as a tap instead of a scroll. I also can't tap on things like a bar to type in messages on things like Kik. Does anyone know what to do? Help Please

You have probably damaged it severely but take it in to an Apple store or to your service providers store and have them look at it.

If it is glitchy, then turn your phone off and on again.Unfortunately, it could never work but try your best

I'm having trouble with my phone its really blurry and can't even open up siri i can turn it off but then it goes back to its phase of being blurry again as in my backroudn i can't get into my phone
